Standard pre-screening process

All candidates are fully pre-screened before meeting our clients to maximise the efficiency of the time they invest in the recruitment process. Wherever possible, we will conduct competency-based interviews to fully assess candidates’ personality fit, motivations and long-term career objectives, in addition to technical skills and experience, to help us successfully match individuals to specific opportunities and organisations.
