There are more than 170,000 candidates on our proprietary databases, which means we can almost always find the right person for your needs. On the odd occasion that we can’t, we will seek a referral from our established network of industry contacts to provide you with a suitable candidate.

MarketWatch
Our unique MarketWatch database enables us to build relationships with individuals who are not actively seeking new employment, by providing them with on-going career advice and market information, as well as flagging specific opportunities to them as and when they arise. These ‘passive job seekers’ are unlikely to be registered on generic recruitment databases or to look at job advertisements, and many use HR Professionals exclusively.

Internet advertising
As well as posting jobs on this website, we also use key online recruitment sites and job portals including Monster and Jobsite. By trialling new job boards on a monthly basis and regularly reviewing all existing ones, we ensure our internet sourcing remains as effective and comprehensive as possible.

Press Advertising
We regularly develop and deliver successful advertising campaigns in the national, local and trade press for our clients, whilst also passing on our excellent discounted rates. Our consultants can offer advice on the best publications to drive response and then manage the process from production of the advertisement to filtering CVs and screening all the applicants.
